Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful except for the issue with the parking not being secure. The rooms were clean and comfortable with en-suites, TV, free Wifi, and tea/coffee making facilities. While a little snug, it was fine for a one-night stay, and the nice decor added to the ambiance.
The hotel was lovely looking out on the Poole high street, clean, and welcoming. The rooms could do with some work, as there were chips in the bath and a wonky tap. It was a little warm on the top floor. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, making my birthday night enjoyable.
The hotel's rooms were uncomfortably cold, making it impossible to take a shower due to the freezing temperatures. The distant location offered some peace and quiet but posed challenges for accessibility, especially being pet-friendly. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of options, and the service, while mixed, showed kindness and thorough cleaning measures. Overall, the location was wonderful with nearby attractions, but the room conditions and temperature were major drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was perfect with convenient amenities, the room was small, noisy, and a bit overpriced considering the lack of comfort. The service was friendly overall, but there were delays during check-in. The dining options were below average in quality, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.
